Artesanos Alalunga Albacore Tuna Loins in Tomato Sauce

(138gr) Delicious tuna and tomato. The tomatoes are fresh, homegrown and slow cooked into a comforting sauce. Once the sauce is ready, the stove is turned off and the loins of bonito are placed within to cook in the remaining heat. The result is a delicious and tender tuna infused with flavorful tomatoes.

INGREDIENTS: Albacore, plum tomato, carrot, onion, red pepper flesh, Arbequina extra virgin olive oil, and mineral salt from Añana spring.
