Lata Anchovy Fillets in Olive Oil

(50 gr) These anchovies are known for their excellent quality and great flavor, made with the best anchovies from the Cantábrico Sea - "Bocartes de Costera de Primavera" or spring bocarte anchovies from the coast. They are completely prepared by hand, cleaned and rubbed with salt and cured. These small fillets, reddish in color are with great flavor and texture, at just the right point saltiness.
